This is on our way to the Marina Bay Sands (the building with the boat on top)! It is a very expensive hotel with a pool located on the roof. I went on a Wednesday so I was able to go all the way up to the top and enjoy a free drink at the bar! Otherwise you have to buy a room for a night if you want to gain access to the top floor. If you want to swim in the pool area you also have to purchase a room for a night. It is a really nice view of Singapore at night time though if you get the chance to experience it. They even had a light show after dark.
Singapore is a big city with many buildings but it still has a nature like feel to it in some areas, where you can find some trees and shrubs.
Here is a closer view of the Marina Bay Sands and to the right of the picture you can see the incredible mascot of Singapore, The Merlion!
The Merlion, a lion head with a fish body. My friend said the Merlion is a mythological creature in Singapore and symbolizes Singapore in its early years as a delveloping fishing village (the fish body) and that the founder of Singapore saw a lion (the head), the first animal he may have spotted in Singapore at the time. She also said that lions are definitely not native to Singapore and that she thinks the founder actually just saw a Malayan Tiger.

Just getting a drink of water~~
I will stay here one day! It is on the bucketlist!

Accross the bay.
We went to a few museums. One was the National museum of Singapore, one was the Peranakan museum, and I cannot remember the name of the other museum so I will have to look at my ticket stubs.
Some historical artifacts!!
We also went to the Singapore zoo.
I crawled into an igloo in the polar bear exhibit because why not? Unfortunately something in the polar bear exhibit was broken and had to be fixed so I was not able to see any polar bears during my trip to the Singapore zoo.
Here is an orangutan. It was a little bit creepy being that close to it since it was the same size as me, but still cool to see.
The size of an Orangutan's hands and feet.
The tortoise, Ethel, and I! One of my favorite photos! ^^
Tourtoise exhibit!
There was even a butterly house at the Singapore zoo!
The fruit bats lived in the same habitat as the butterflies.
We saw the signs for the ring tailed lemurs and I wanted to see one really bad so I was looking for them but could not find any. However, on our way to the exit of the butterfly house I ended up looking up and spotted them in a box huddled up with each other! I am glad that I looked up for whatever reason I looked up.
The Singapore zoo also has elephants that perform at a show a few times a day. They did many cool tricks!
The elephant was taking the trainer's hat off of his head.
I would like to thank Melode again for providing all of these awesome pictures! She is great at capturing these great moments to look back at!
